Leikkiä, ruokaa ja madotusta / Play, food and deworming

Pennut ovat saaneet jo viikon ajan muutakin ruokaa kuin äidinmaitoa ja hyvin tuntuu maistuvan. Hampaat ovat alkaneet myös tulla esiin ja niitä käytetään mielellään ihan joka paikkaan. Saa nähdä milloin Tami ei enää halua imettää niitä. Vielä ei ainakaan satu.
Kovasti pennut haluavat jo tulla pois pentulaatikosta ja illaksi pääsevätkin hetkeksi leikkimään ja juoksentelemaan olohuoneeseen. Vesse saa jo hieman seurustella pentujen kanssa ja toimiikin hyvänä lastenhoitajana niille. Eilen pennut madotettiin ensimmäisen kerran. Selvästikään lääke ei ollut kovin hyvää eikä kynsienleikkuu siihen päälle ollut mikään palkinto. Onneksi näiden toimenpiteiden jälkeen seurasi leikkiä ja seurustelua olohuoneessa sekä ruokailu vielä siihen päälle.
Ei sitä ehdi juurikaan mitään muuta iltaisin tekemään kuin lenkittämään isot koirat ja sen jälkeen hoitamaan pennut ja seurustelemaan niiden kanssa. Mutta ovat ne suloisia :-)

The puppies have been eating for a week now also other food than just milk and it seems to taste them. The teeths have started to appear and they use them gladly. Let's see when Tami stops breastfeeding them. At the moment it doesn't hurt yet.

The puppies want to come out from the box and in the evenings I let them come to the living room to play and run for a while. Vesse is finally allowed to socialize with the pups and he's a very good nurse to them. The puppies were dewormed yesterday for the first time. The medicin didn't clearly taste very good nor was the nail cutting any reward. Luckily after these actions followed playing and socializing in the living room and some food too.
In the evenings there isn't much time for anything else than walking to big dogs and taking care of the puppies and playing with them. But they are so cute :-)
